If you need to reset your password, please follow the below path.
Account settings -> User Information
If you need to reset your password because you are not able to log in, please call us at 1-800-557-1780 ext. 2 and include your name and company name. Also, you can email us at email@example.com and include your name, your company name and your contact phone number and someone will reach out to assist with getting the password reset.
You will be issued a temporary password that you will need to change when you log into Finance Logix. The new password must contain letters, numbers and one special character such as a (#$@!, etc.). The password is case sensitive.
