Resetting Your Password




If you need to reset your password, please follow the below path.

Account settings -> User Information


If you need to reset your password because you are not able to log in, please call us at  1-800-557-1780 ext. 2 and include your name and company name. Also, you can email us at and include your name, your company name and your contact phone number and someone will reach out to assist with getting the password reset. 

You will be issued a temporary password that you will need to change when you log into Finance Logix. The new password must contain letters, numbers and one special character such as a (#$@!, etc.). The password is case sensitive.
