FLX Error 01 - AssetMark Troubleshooting Steps

At times an error will appear for AssetMark advisors when utilizing the Finance Logix platform through ewealthmanager. These are the initial troubleshooting steps you should take.

 

  1. Make sure you are currently/recently logged into ewealthmaanger,
  2. If available, try a different browser (Google Chrome or Internet Explorer are recommended)
  3. Add https://assetmark.financelogix.com to the browsers trusted sites. Steps to add this can be found here: http://kb.mcgill.ca/?portalid=2&articleied=1925#tab:homeTab:crumb:7:artld:1925.
  4. Make sure you are utilizing ewealthmanager.com and not ewealthmanager.com.
