At times an error will appear for AssetMark advisors when utilizing the Finance Logix platform through ewealthmanager. These are the initial troubleshooting steps you should take.
- Make sure you are currently/recently logged into ewealthmaanger,
- If available, try a different browser (Google Chrome or Internet Explorer are recommended)
- Add https://assetmark.financelogix.com to the browsers trusted sites. Steps to add this can be found here: http://kb.mcgill.ca/?portalid=2&articleied=1925#tab:homeTab:crumb:7:artld:1925.
- Make sure you are utilizing ewealthmanager.com and not ewealthmanager.com.
